  20. If you are fed up with all these gray, boring mwb/star trek/amiga style
  21. backgrounds and you like anime style drawings then this archive is what you
  22. were looking for. It's a collection of anime style images, converted by me to
  23. standart SVGA 640x480 resolution, with original palette cut down,  so they
  24. should look good even on 16 colour Workbench. Each image comes with some
  25. workbench presets files (palette and wbpattern).

  27. As a special bonus I've inlcuded mConfig - a small util written by me to
  28. manage many system configurations. Using mConfig it's possible to choose
  29. random system configuration at boot time - this means you never know how your
  30. Workbench will look like!

  32. In fact this edition is nothing new. The contents of this archive is almost
  33. the same as one named simply AnimeOS, which I had uploaded some time ago. The
  34. differences are:
  35. · 2 backgrounds are missing (they were poor)
  36. · all images are 640x480
  37. · overview is a bit nicer
  38. · updated version of mConfig (BTW: It was intented as an internal release, so
  39.   only program has changed, the documentation remained unchanged)

  42. AnimeOS-2 will be uploaded soon, both in 640x512 and 640x480 resolutions. Be
  43. patient!

  48. Requiments are smaller than average:
  49. · 640x480 Workbench screen (640x400 will be ok too)
  50. · at least 8 free colours (so they should look good even on 16 colour screen,
  51.   but I prefer 32, which leaves some free pens for my beautiful New Icons)
